EU Compliance

Over the last few years it has become increasingly complex for us to ship to our European and Northern Ireland customers. Whilst we are committed to maintaining supply, we may have to cancel or delay orders to ensure we comply with legislation. Please see below for information relating to GPSR, Import tariffs, packaging waste (PPWR) and EU withdrawal regulations.

GPSR

On 13th December 2024, the European Union General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) came into force. This placed significant administrative burdens and costs on non-EU business, like ours. Whilst we are confident that all of our products are safe, we only supply the following products to EU and Northern Ireland addresses.

  • Leather Key Rings, Bag Tags and Fuel Bibs

  • Decals and Show Plates

  • Valve Caps

  • Horn Buttons

  • Artwork and Cards

Please note, we DO NOT ship genuine automotive parts to the EU.

EU Right of Withdrawal

On 19th June 2026, the EU directive EU 2023/2673 came into force, providing enhanced right of withdrawal for online and distance purchases, including a digital "Withdrawal button" providing a method of cancelling an order which is as easy as placing the order. We have complied with this requirement and you may access the relevant form using the button on our page footer or by scrolling to the bottom of this page.

We ask all EU customers to be mindful that we are a micro business and we incur costs for any returned orders. If it becomes uneconomical for us to ship to the EU we will be forced to stop this service.

Import Tariffs

On 1st July 2026, the European Union removed its €150 customs duty de minimis exemption for Business to Customer imports and replaced it with a €3 charge per product type shipped. International carriers also charge an administrative fee for handling these import charges.

In order to minimise administrative costs, EU and NI orders will be shipped with the duties to be paid by the recipient.

PPWR

On August 12th 2026, the European Union Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulations (PPWR) came into effect. Whilst we take great care to use the minimum amount of packaging to ensure our products reach customers safely and we also use recyclable packaging, we now have to register with each of the 27 individual EU counties we ship to.

In order to minimise administrative costs, we will do this on an "as needed" basis and only where it is economically viable.
